Alan has enjoyed over forty years in many different careers. Initially in electronic engineering and IT strategy, then later in customer service, and business quality services.
He has developed and implemented novel approaches to enterprise design and change leadership.
Alan has extensive experience of working with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. He is a frequent conference speaker, and has had many articles published in the trade press.

When not working with clients or writing, Alan is an enthusiastic photographer.
He is chairman of a local Camera Club, a tutor for leisure photography at a Otley College in East Anglia, and a photographic judge.
